Shipping Rates
For prepaid orders we do not charge any shipping & handling fee. For orders with cash on delivery we charge a nominal flat fee of ₹40
Order Processing
We love to fulfill your order as soon as you place them. Most 1-2 business days the time our delivery business days are Monday-Friday
Shipping Time
We will try to deliver within 3-5 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather strikes, remote locations, stocking issues or any other reason it may take longer. You will however be able to track r package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partners
Return and Exchanges
If you have any quality-related issues such as misprinting, damaged or defective, or any other related cases with your product, please take pictures or videos and immediately email us at support@owlzystore.in. On verification, we shall issue a replacement to you. But unfortunately, we simply can’t return or exchange without any such valid reasons
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Cancellation & Refunds
If you wish to cancel the order, you can do so any time. Please go to your account and request for cancellation.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
